Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, kindly return it within 14 days, and we'll either exchange the item or refund to your account. The delivery charge will also be refunded if the return is due to a faulty product or an error on our part. Please notify us within 7 days for items received damaged.

If your ordered items arrive separately, the 14-day return period for each item starts upon receiving that specific item. For a full refund, please return the goods, along with all packaging, in their original unused condition.

To return unused items by post, contact us at Email shop@vvaccessories.uk, providing your order name, reference number, items for return, and the reason. Securely package the return in its original packaging, include any paperwork, and send it prepaid via Royal Mail or DPD to the returns address on the package or:
